For Australia's aged care & disability support workers

You're cleared and trained. Why start over at every provider?

NDIS screening, police check, first aid, orientation — you've done it all. Yet every new agency, provider and client makes you prove it from scratch.

Be first in line for a credential that's finally yours. No spam — just launch news.

The mobile support worker's reality

You go where you're needed. Your paperwork stays behind.

Support workers move constantly — between providers, agencies, plan-managed clients and shifts across aged care and disability. But every provider runs its own siloed onboarding, and none of them share what you've already proven.

1

New provider, same forms

Re-upload the same screening, checks and certificates into another onboarding pack — often before your first shift.

2

Stuck in their system

Your documents sit locked inside each provider's files. When the work ends, you can't take any of it with you.

3

You chase it all yourself

Re-requesting checks, re-booking first aid, keeping copies on your phone — for things you've already done and paid for.

Let's clear something up

Being "compliant" isn't just your NDIS check.

Your worker screening is one piece. Providers, the NDIS Commission and aged care rules expect a full set — and it's on you to keep every item current:

01 NDIS Worker Screening Check
A clearance to work in risk-assessed disability roles — typically valid 5 years and renewed before it lapses.
02 National Police Check
Criminal history check required across aged care and disability, refreshed on each provider's cycle.
03 Working With Children Check
Where you support people under 18 — name and validity differ by state (WWCC, Blue Card, WWVP, Ochre Card).
04 NDIS Worker Orientation Module
"Quality, Safety and You" — plus provider-required training before you start.
05 First Aid & CPR
Current first aid, with CPR usually refreshed every 12 months.
06 Qualifications & competencies
Cert III Individual Support (Ageing/Disability) where required, plus manual handling and medication-assist sign-off.
07 Right to work & immunisation
Work rights verified via VEVO, plus vaccination evidence many aged care and disability roles require.
08 Code of Conduct
Acknowledgement of the NDIS and/or Aged Care Code of Conduct expected by every provider.

Eight or more items, different issuers, different expiry dates — and you're the only one keeping track. Today this proof is spread across providers, agencies and your phone's camera roll. It should live in one place. Yours. (Exact requirements vary by role, state and provider — confirm with each.)

What the silos cost you

Unpaid time. Money out of pocket. Risk you carry alone.

Time

Unpaid hours of onboarding admin every time you pick up a new provider, agency or client — re-submitting what you've already supplied.

Cost

Paying again for checks and first aid you already hold, because the last provider's system won't release them to you.

Risk

One expired check you weren't reminded about can pull you off shift and put a client's support at risk. The responsibility lands on you.

A better way to carry it

What if your checks and training worked like a passport — not a provider login?

1

A passport, not a provider portal

One mobile credential holding your screening, checks, first aid, training and qualifications — that travels with you from provider to provider, shift to shift.

2

Owned by you

Not your provider's. Not an agency's. Yours. When the work ends or you switch providers, your record stays with you — because it was always yours.

3

You choose who sees it

Connect a new provider in seconds to share verified proof. Disconnect them when the work finishes. You decide who has access, and for how long.

How it would work

Prove it once. Share it instantly. Take it to every shift.

01

Build your passport once

Screening, police check, first aid, training and qualifications — verified and held in one place you own.

02

Connect a provider

Starting with a new agency or client? Grant secure, verified access in seconds. No re-uploading.

03

Stay current automatically

See every expiry in one place and get reminded before anything lapses — so you're never caught short before a shift.

04

Disconnect when you're done

Work finished? Switch off their access. Your evidence stays with you, ready for the next provider.
